Hands-on course for young surgeons and urologists, working in teams for abdominal organ retrieval and want to learn theoretical basics and practical skills in organ donation
+ to increase knowledge of relevant aspects and techniques in organ procurement

Participants
young surgeons and urologists from German transplant-centres
+ involved in organ retrieval from cadaveric donors
+ minimum 12 – maximum 20 participants

Exam
At the end of the course the participants will under go written and practical exams.

Grant

The course  venue is in the south of Berlin. A taxi shuttle (Taxi request form) from Berlin -Airport Tegel / Schönefeld and from Berlin - Central station will be organized and takes approximately 75  minutes.
