The most of the tutors are former participants of the TOP-Course, who became in the last ten years experienced surgeons in transplantation.

The tutors contribute to the very nice working atmosphere of the courses. They conduct the courses by a sensitive supporting way, which allows the participants to gain their own experience in operative procedures with great benefit.
